Removal Procedure
- Remove the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement.
- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
- Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler.
- Remove the oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement.
- Remove the 4 bolts securing the auxiliary oil cooler to the radiator support.
- Remove the auxiliary oil cooler.
Installation Procedure
- Install the 4 bolts securing the oil cooler to the radiator support and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Install the oil cooler lines to the auxiliary oil cooler and tighten to 23 N·m (17 lb ft). Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement.
- Remove the drain pan.
- Install the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement.
