Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2009 🢒 Express - AWD 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning 🢒 Heater Coolant Heater Fuel Pump Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the fuel lines to the fuel pump. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
  3. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector.

    4. Object Number: 1658281 Size: SH
  4. Remove the fuel pump retaining bolt.
  5. Remove the fuel pump from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1658281 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel pump to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the fuel pump retaining bolt and tighten to 8 N·m (71 lb in).
  3. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel pump. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
  4. Connect the fuel pump electrical connector.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
