Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement for Chevrolet Express - AWD 2009

1. Partially drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Disconnect the hose from the coolant recovery reservoir.
3. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir retaining screws.
4. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir.

1. Install the coolant recovery reservoir.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the coolant recovery reservoir retaining screws and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in).
3. Connect the hose to the coolant recovery reservoir.
4. Add coolant to reservoir. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
