  2. Remove liftgate struts. Refer to Liftgate Strut Replacement .

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)

Tips

    • Disconnect all the electrical connectors and rear washer hose and pull through the liftgate passthrough and set aside.
    • Transfer any parts to the new liftgate as needed.
