Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2074432 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.
  2. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement.
  3. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose connector (2) from the turbocharger. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
  4. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose connector (3) from the camshaft cover.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2074432 Size: SH
  1. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose connector (3) to the camshaft cover.
  2. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose connector (2) to the turbocharger. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
  3. Install the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement.
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.
