Makes šŸ¢’ Chevrolet šŸ¢’ 2009 šŸ¢’ HHR šŸ¢’ Engine šŸ¢’ Engine Mechanical - 2.2L or 2.4L šŸ¢’ Engine Mount Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1623162 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement.
  2. Remove the engine mount bracket to engine bolts.
  3. Remove the engine mount bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1623162 Size: SH
  1. Position the engine mount bracket to the engine.
  2. Install the engine mount bracket bolts in the following locations:
    3. ā€¢ The long bolts in the forward and lower rear holes
    ā€¢ The short bolt in the upper rear hole

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts in the following sequence.
    4. 3.1. Upper rear
    3.2. Lower rear
    3.3. Forward

    Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 50 NĀ·m (37 lb ft).

  4. Install the engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement.
