Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the two windshield washer hoses from the washer pump.
2. Drain the washer solvent into a suitable clean container.
3. Disconnect the windshield washer pump electrical connector.

Pump Assembly, Windshield Washer

Tip

1. Disengage the top of the pump from the indention in the washer solvent container.
2. Using two flat-bladed tools, pry the pump upward from the washer solvent container.

Tip
Remove the grommet and discard.
