Preliminary Procedure

  1. Pull the instrument panel (I/P) tie bar back far enough to access the side window defogger outlet duct screw.
  2. Remove the I/P tie bar. Refer to Instrument Panel Tie Bar Replacement.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)
