TAIL LAMP SUBSTITUTION SERVICE USAGE

Model and Year 1985 CAPRICE STATION WAGON

Due to a shortage of production taillamps, vehicles have been built with substitution lamp assemblies. The break- points for substitution lamps at the affected assembly plants are as follows:

Fairfax - started with VIN FX107787

Oshawa - started with VIN F9106048

Taillamp substitution should end approximately in December, 1984. The visual difference in taillamps is as shown below:
