Driver Information Center (DIC)
The DIC displays information about the vehicle operation and its surroundings.
Also, when the vehicle is equipped with a power sun roof, the roof control
switch will be located on the left side of the DIC.
You may change the information display to a metric or English reading
at any time by pressing and holding the RESET and MODE buttons for 3 seconds.
The Mode Button (MODE) allows the user to cycle through three modes
of operation:

Compass/Temperature Mode Display
The driver information display calculates and displays the following
vehicle parameters:
| • | The current direction the vehicle is heading |
| • | The outside temperature |
Trip Mode Display
The driver information display calculates and displays the following
vehicle parameters:
The optional HomeLink® system gives the vehicle owner the ability
to use a garage door opener (GDO) that is integral to the interior trim of
the vehicle. The HomeLink® is capable of learning and remembering variables
required to emulate 3 different GDO transmitters. In the learn mode
of operation, the user selects one of three channels.
