Replace the following suspension components:

    • Replace bent suspension components.
    • Replace worn suspension components.
    • Replace damaged suspension components.

DO NOT attempt to heat, quench or straighten the parts. Bent or damaged suspension parts often indicate an accident or abusive driving. Thoroughly inspect the following components when you discover bent and/or damaged suspension parts:

    • Inspect the knuckle.
    • Inspect the ball joint attachments.
    • Inspect the steering rod ball attachments.

Check the following components:

    • Check the fastener torque at the control arm to frame.
    • Check the strut to knuckle.
    • Check the front lower control arm ball stud to knuckle.
