Preliminary Procedures

1. Position the wiper blade at a mid-wipe on the windshield.
2. Cycle the ignition key to the OFF position.
3. Raise the wiper blade off the glass.

Tip
With a small pair of needle-nose pliers, secure the end of the wiper element and pull outward from the wiper blade claws in order to remove the element.
