Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2008 🢒 Impala 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, or 7.0L 🢒 Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe and Hole Cover Installation

    Object Number: 1552485 Size: SH

    Important: Position the gasket O-ring seal onto the nipple portion of the pipe.

  1. Install the seals (308) onto the engine coolant air bleed pipe and covers.

    2. Object Number: 1458438 Size: SH
  2. Install the hose (311) and clamps (322) onto the pipe (307).

    3. Object Number: 1411913 Size: SH
  3. Install the pipe (307).

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the bolts (309).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the pipe bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  5. Install the covers (313).
  6. Install the bolts (312).

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the cover bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
