Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove the I/P trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Plate Replacement.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Tighten
10 N·m (88 lb in)
