Wipers swipe one time on transition of ignition switch from OFF to RUN.

Possible Cause:

Poor terminal tension or a damaged terminal at terminal A (circuit 150) in the wiper motor connector or at terminal B1 of connector C2 (circuit 150) at the Underhood Bussed Electrical Center (UBEC).

Correction:

Inspect terminal A at the wiper motor and terminal B1 in C2 at the UBEC for damage, proper terminal tension, and for correct alignment.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
