15 Amp Fuel Pump Fuse Open - keywords crank no start

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Vehicle cranks but does not start and the 15 amp fuel pump fuse is open.

Inspect the wire harness under the back seat for chaffing. The effected wire is circuit 120, a gray wire, between connectors C200 and C405. If wire chaffing is found reroute the harness away from the area of chaffing and repair any damaged circuits per SI.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
