Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement LZE, LZ4, LGD

Tools Required

J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.



2. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition the hose clamp from the radiator.
3. Remove the inlet hose from the radiator.
4. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition the hose clamp from the engine outlet pipe.
5. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the engine outlet pipe and the vehicle.

1. Install the radiator inlet hose to the engine outlet pipe.
2. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the engine outlet pipe.



3. Install the inlet hose to the radiator.
4. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the radiator.
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
