Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement LZE, LZ4, LGD

Tools Required

J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.



2. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition the hose clamp from the radiator.
3. Remove the outlet hose from the radiator.
4. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition the hose clamp from the thermostat housing.
5. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the thermostat housing and the vehicle.

1. Install the radiator outlet hose to the thermostat housing.



2. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the thermostat housing.
3. Install the outlet hose to the radiator.
4. Use J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the radiator.
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
