Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1220608 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the door lock assembly. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement .
  4. Remove the door lock assembly screws (1).
  5. Remove the actuator from the door lock assembly (2).

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1220610 Size: SH
  1. Install the door lock actuator to the door lock assembly with the screws.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 8 N·m (71 in lb).

  2. Install the door lock assembly to the vehicle. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement .
  3. Install the door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
