Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1220693 Size: SH
  1. Remove the hinge-to-body bolts (3).
  2. Remove the hinge-to-door bolts (2).
  3. With the aid of another technician, remove the door hinge (1).

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1220693 Size: SH
  1. With the aid of another technician, install the hinge to the door and the body.
  2. Install the hinge-to-door bolts (2).
  3. Install the hinge-to-body bolts (3).
  4. Adjust the door to proper fit.

    5. Tighten

        • Tighten the hinge to body bolts to 35 N·m (26 ft lb).
        • Tighten the hinge to door bolts to 15 N·m (11 ft lb).
