J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Remove the radiator surge tank hose clamp (3) from the surge tank using J 38185 .
2. Remove the radiator surge tank hose (1) from the radiator by turning the hose 90 degrees to release the quick connect clips and pull up.
3. Remove the clips (2) from the radiator support and remove the hose (1).

1. Install the hose (1) and clips (2) to the radiator support.
2. Install the surge tank hose (1) to the quick connect fitting (5) at the radiator until a click is either heard of felt.
3. Pull back sharply on the hose in order to ensure that the hose is fastened to the quick connect fitting.
4. Install the radiator surge tank hose (1) and clamp (3) to the radiator using J 38185 .
