Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Kodiak C-Series Motorhome (Cutaway) C4/C5 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls - 6.6L (LLY) 🢒 Fuel Injection Fuel Return Pipe Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner . Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .
  2. Remove the fuel filter. Refer to Fuel Filter Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1335588 Size: SH
  3. Remove the glow plug controller. Refer to Glow Plug Controller Replacement .
  4. Disconnect the return line from the distribution block line.
  5. Remove the fuel return line clips.
  6. Remove the fuel injector return line from the injectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1335588 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel injector return line to the injectors.
  2. Install the fuel return line clips.
  3. Connect the return line to the distribution block line.
  4. Install the glow plug controller. Refer to Glow Plug Controller Replacement .
  5. Install the fuel filter. Refer to Fuel Filter Replacement .
  6. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .
  7. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming .
  8. Start the engine. If the engine stalls, repeat the above step.
  9. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.
