The purpose of this bulletin is to make Chevrolet and GMC Dealers aware of an Allison® Transmission field action on Medium Duty vehicles. This field action will update the transmission calibration in order to prevent possible transmission damage. Allison®
will contact customers of affected vehicles and make necessary arrangements to correct vehicles at Allison Distributors.
