Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2008 🢒 Kodiak C-Series (Conventional) C4/C5 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 7.2L (Caterpillar) 🢒 Multiuse Module Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner . Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 910597 Size: SH
  2. Remove the accumulator bottle bracket retaining nuts and position the bottle out of the way.

    3. Object Number: 910603 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness retainers.

    4. Object Number: 910599 Size: SH
  4. Remove the MAXI fuse block and relay center retaining bolt and position out of the way.
  5. Remove the 4 multi-use bracket nuts, reposition the control module bracket to the service position, and reinstall 2 of the fasteners.

Installation Procedure
  1. Reposition the multi-use module bracket.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 910595 Size: SH
  2. Install the multi-use module bracket nuts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).


    Object Number: 910599 Size: SH
  3. Reposition the MAXI fuse block and relay center.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in).


    Object Number: 910603 Size: SH
  4. Reposition the wiring harness.

    5. Object Number: 910601 Size: SH
  5. Install the wiring harness retainers.

    6. Object Number: 910597 Size: SH
  6. Reposition the accumulator bottle in the accumulator bottle bracket.
  7. Install the accumulator bottle bracket nuts.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  8. Install the air cleaner . Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .
