Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement for Chevrolet Kodiak C-Series (Conventional) C4/C5 2009

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 741990 Size: SH
  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  2. Remove the belt tensioner bolt.
  3. Remove the belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 741990 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt tensioner.
  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
