Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2009 🢒 Kodiak C-Series (Conventional) C4/C5 🢒 Brakes 🢒 Park Brake 🢒 Parking Brake Lever Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the console mounting bolts.
  2. Remove the console.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Disconnect the parking brake electrical connectors.
  5. Remove the clevis pin from the park brake lever assembly.
  6. Remove the cable from the parking brake lever assembly.
  7. Remove the parking brake lever mounting nuts.

  8. Remove the parking brake lever assembly.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the park brake lever assembly.
  2. Install the cable to the park brake lever.
  3. Install the clevis pin from the park brake lever assembly.
  4. Connect the parking brake lever assembly electrical connectors.
  5. Connect the electrical connector.
  6. Install the console.

    7. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  7. Install the console mounting nuts.

    8. Tighten
    Torque to 22 N·m (15 lb ft).

  8. Adjust the parking brake.
