Engine Flywheel Housing Installation without RPO CTF

1. Apply RTV sealant (Three Bond 1207C or equivalent) to the flywheel housing fitting surfaces.
2. Install the flywheel housing to the cylinder block.



3. Install the flywheel housing bolts to the cylinder block.

Tighten
Tighten the flywheel housing bolts to the following torques:

•	Bolts marked 1, to 96 N·m (71 lb ft)

•	Bolts marked 2, to 73 N·m (54 lb ft)

•	Bolts marked 3, to 119 N·m (88 lb ft)

•	Bolts marked 4, to 86 N·m (64 lb ft)

•	Bolts marked 5, to 53 N·m (39 lb ft)
