Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 799723 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the clamp and remove the air cleaner bellow from the air cleaner assembly.

    2. Object Number: 799728 Size: SH
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly retaining nut.

    3. Object Number: 799726 Size: SH
  3. Remove the air cleaner assembly retaining bolt.
  4. Remove the air cleaner assembly from the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 799728 Size: SH
  1. Install the air cleaner assembly to the air cleaner assembly mounting bracket.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the air cleaner assembly attaching bolts to 5 N·m (4 lb ft).

  2. Install the inlet air duct assembly on to the air cleaner assembly.
  3. Tighten the clamps on both the inlet and outlet duct of the air cleaner assembly.
