  1. Remove the bypass hose.

    2. Object Number: 470699 Size: SH
  2. Remove the coolant crossover bolts.
  3. Remove the coolant crossover.
  4. Remove the coolant crossover gaskets.

    5. Object Number: 635646 Size: SH
  5. Remove the water outlet bolts (7).
  6. Remove the water outlet (1).
  7. Remove the thermostat (6) from the coolant crossover.
