THIS BULLETIN REVISES DEALER SERVICE BULLETIN NO.91-394-10 DATED AUGUST 1991. THE LABOR OPERATION NO. HAS BEEN CORRECTED. ALL COPIES OF 91-394-10 SHOULD BE DISCARDED.
Any door lock cylinders on 1990 or 1991 "W" cars with customer comments of "hard to enter, key hard to extract, hard to turn, binds or sticks, seized," etc. are to be RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL KEY THAT CAME WITH THE VEHICLE.
A new key should be cut to the existing code for the customer's vehicle and the original key should be returned in the same package with the lock cylinder.
This return program is to evaluate parts and will be in effect until further notice. This evaluation will not penalize the dealer if returned parts are found not to be defective.

Please return the parts as soon as the repair order is completed; DO NOT WAIT until the claim is paid. Please include (and protectively wrap) a legible copy of the repair order.
