This bulletin supplements Product Campaign Bulletin 95-C-55 issued October, 1995. Specifically, the claims section has been revised to reflect the correct FC-Code. The revised information is printed in bold type. This supplement should be filed with your campaign materials.

Submit a Product Campaign Claim with the information indicated below:

* For Campaign Administrative Allowance, add 0.1 hours to the "Labor Hours".

** The "Parts Allowance" should be the sum total of the current GMSPO Dealer Net price plus 40% of all parts (2-brake hoses, 8 oz. of brake fluid and 4 washers) required for the repair.
