1. Remove the blower motor relay.
2. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
3. Place the heater-A/C control in the VENT position.
4. Place the blower switch in the M 2 position.
5. Use a test lamp to backprobe between the blower motor relay socket terminal B 2 and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Replace the blower motor relay.

Inspect the CKT 101 (DK BLU) for a poor connection or an open connection.

Is there a fault in CKT 101 (DK BLU)?

Repair the fault in CKT 101 (DK BLU).
