Does the radio turn ON and OFF?

Go to Step 3

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove Fuse 10 for one minute.
3. Reinstall the fuses.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
5. Turn the radio ON.

Does the radio display LOC?

System OK

Service the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement for service procedure.
