Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 177084 Size: SH
  1. Remove the left side IP insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Remove the left carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the park brake warning switch (1).
  4. Remove the switch mounting screw.
  5. Remove the switch.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the switch.
  2. Install the switch mounting screw.
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the switch (1).
  4. Install the left carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Install the left side IP insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Consoles.
