Removal Procedure
  1. Position aside the front half of the carpet . Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement in Interior Trim.

    2. Object Number: 508435 Size: SH
  2. Release the rear floor air outlet duct (1) from the stud and the holes in the floor reinforcement.
  3. Disconnect the lower heater duct from the heater core outlet cover.
  4. Remove the lower heater duct

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 508435 Size: SH
  1. Install the lower heat duct.
  2. Connect the lower heater duct to the heater core outlet cover.
  3. Position the rear floor air outlet duct (1) onto the stud and the holes in the floor reinforcement, and press into place.
  4. Install the front carpet into position. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement in Interior Trim.
