Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel Gauges and Console.

    2. Object Number: 417309 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the vacuum line (1) from the air inlet vacuum actuator.
  3. Released the air inlet vacuum actuator retaining clip (2) from the HVAC module.
  4. Rotate the air inlet vacuum actuator in order to disconnect the actuator shaft (3).
  5. Remove the air inlet vacuum actuator from the module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 417309 Size: SH
  1. Rotate the air inlet vacuum actuator in order to connect the actuator shaft (3).
  2. To install, align the actuator and press inward to engaged on the mounting tabs on the HVAC module (2).
  3. Connect the vacuum lines to the air inlet vacuum actuator (1).
  4. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel Gauges and Console.
