Inspect fuse 30.

Is the fuse open?

Go to Step 4

1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
2. Using a test lamp, backprobe between connector C201 terminal A12 and ground.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 3

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 539.

Repair a short to ground in circuit 539.

Has the repair been made?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.
