  1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  2. Use a test lamp, backprobe between connector  C201 terminal  A13 and ground.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 2

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Using a test lamp, backprobe between the hazard lamp/turn signal flasher harness connector of connector terminal A1 and ground.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 1508.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Using a test lamp, backprobe between the hazard lamp/turn signal flasher harness connector terminal A1 and terminal B2.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 6

Repair the a poor connection or an open in circuit 150 between the hazard lamp/turn signal flasher harness connector terminal  B2 and G205.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Using a test lamp, backprobe between the hazard lamp/turn signal flasher harness connector terminal  C1 and ground.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 9

Go to Step 8

Replace the hazard lamp/turn signal flasher. Refer to Hazard and Turn Signal Flasher Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Using a test lamp, backprobe between connector  C201 terminal A1 and ground.

Does the test lamp flash?

Go to Step 2

Go to Step 10

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 16.

Is the repair complete?
