J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the hood insulator pad. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .
3. Remove the clip retainers from the push-in retainers using J 38778.
4. Remove the front air seal from the hood insulator pad.

1. Position the front hood air seal to the hood insulator pad.
2. Install the clip retainers to the push-in retainers, pressing on until fully seated.
3. Install the hood insulator pad. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .
4. Close the hood.
