Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the conduit. Refer to Front Side Door Conduit Replacement .
  2. Support the door.
  3. Mark the location of the hinge to the door.

    4. Use a grease pencil.

  4. Remove the door side hinge bolts.
  5. Remove the door with the aid of an assistant.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the door with the aid of an assistant.
  2. Align the hinge to the door following the grease pencil marks.

    3. Object Number: 294482 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the door hinge bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the door hinge to door bolts to 33 N·m (24 lb ft).

  4. Install the conduit. Refer to Front Side Door Conduit Replacement .
