Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat belt from the seat belt guide bracket (coupe only). Refer to Front Seat Belt Guide Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 291697 Size: SH
  2. Raise the head restraint to the full-up position.
  3. Insert a paper clip or equivalent (1) through the hole in the head restraint guide (2) cover in order to release the springs for both shafts.
  4. Remove the head restraint from the seat back.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 291697 Size: SH
  1. Install the head restraint to the seat back.
  2. Install the posts into the guides (2).
  3. Push the restraint into the full down position.
  4. Raise the head restraint in order to ensure the restraint stops at the detent.
  5. Return the head restraint to the original position.
  6. Install the seat belt to the seat belt guide bracket (coupe only). Refer to Front Seat Belt Guide Replacement .
