Removal Procedure
  1. Place the head restraint to the full-up position.
  2. Remove the J-retainer.
  3. Remove the arrow retainer.
  4. Remove the cover.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the cover.
  2. Install the J-retainer.
  3. Install the arrow retainer.
  4. Return the head restraint to its origional position.
