DISABLED VEHICLE TOWING PROCEDURES

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1990 U-VANS

The 1990 U-van MUST NOT BE TOWED from the front using Sling type equipment. Use either wheel lift or car carrier equipment to transport this vehicle.

The 1990 U-van can be sling towed from the rear by using the following detailed instructions. The maximum tow speed and distance with drive wheels on the ground is 35 mph. for 50 miles or transaxle damage could occur.
