Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2009 🢒 Lumina Ute 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Electrical 🢒 Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the door sill plate trim. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  3. Remove the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
  4. Remove the centre pillar upper trim. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
  5. Remove the child restraint anchor. Refer to Child Restraint Tether Anchor Replacement .
  6. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .

  7. Lift the rear window shelf trim panel lower access flaps (1).

    8. Object Number: 2009747 Size: SH
  8. From the passenger side, holding the access flap upward, remove the rear window shelf trim panel to body retaining screws (1).

    9. Object Number: 2009748 Size: SH
  9. From the drivers side, holding the access flap upward, remove the rear window shelf trim panel to body retaining screws (1).

    10. Object Number: 2009745 Size: SH

    Important: The rear window shelf trim panel retainers are a single use item and must be discarded after use.

    Important: Pull on the rear window shelf trim panel to disengage the retainers.

  10. Remove the rear window shelf trim panel  (1).

    11. Discard the retainers.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2009745 Size: SH

    Important: Push on the rear window shelf trim panel to engage the NEW retainers.

  1. Install the rear window shelf trim panel  (1).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2009748 Size: SH
  2. From the drivers side, holding the access flap upward, install the rear window shelf trim panel to body retaining screws (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the retaining screws to 2.0  N·m (18 lb in).

  3. From the passenger side, holding the access flap upward, install the rear window shelf trim panel to body retaining screws (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the retaining screws to 2.0  N·m (18 lb in).

  4. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
  5. Install the child restraint anchor. Refer to Child Restraint Tether Anchor Replacement .
  6. Install the centre pillar upper trim. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
  7. Install the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
  8. Install the door sill plate trim. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  9. Install the seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
