Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2008014 Size: SH
  1. Open the fuel filler door (4).
  2. Using a suitable tool, disengage the fuel filler door hinge retaining clip (3) from the fuel filler door (4).

    3. Important: Make sure to disengage the retaining tabs (1) from the fuel filler door (2).

  3. Slide the fuel filler door (5) along the fuel filler door hinge (6), away from the vehicle.
  4. Remove the fuel filler door (5) from the fuel filler door hinge (6).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2008014 Size: SH

    Important: Make sure the fuel filler door hinge retaining tabs (1) align with the fuel filler door (2).

  1. Position the fuel filler door (5) to the fuel filler door hinge (6).

    2. Important: Make sure the fuel filler door hinge retaining tabs (1) engage to the fuel filler door (2).

  2. Slide the fuel filler door (5) along the fuel filler door hinge (6), toward the vehicle.
  3. Make sure the fuel filler door hinge retaining clip (3) engages correctly.
