Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1959860 Size: SH
  2. Remove the seat belt lower anchor bolt cover (2) and remove the lower anchor bolt assembly (1).

    3. Object Number: 2009736 Size: SH
  3. Remove the centre pillar upper trim panel to body retaining screws (1).

    4. Object Number: 2009735 Size: SH
  4. Using a suitable tool, prise the centre pillar upper trim panel retaining screw cover (1) from the centre pillar upper trim panel (3).
  5. Remove the centre pillar upper trim panel to body retaining screw (2).
  6. Remove the centre pillar upper trim panel (3) from the centre pillar.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2009735 Size: SH
  1. Install the centre pillar upper trim panel (3) to the centre pillar.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the centre pillar upper trim panel to body retaining screw (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the retaining screw to 2.0  N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the centre pillar upper trim panel retaining screw cover (1) to the centre pillar upper trim panel (3).

    4. Object Number: 2009736 Size: SH
  4. Install the centre pillar upper trim panel to body retaining screws (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the retaining screws to 2.0  N·m (18 lb in).


    Object Number: 1959860 Size: SH
  5. Install the seat belt lower anchor bolt assembly (1).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the front seat belt lower anchor bolt assembly to 43 N·m (32 lb ft).

  6. Install the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
