Data Link Connector Replacement RHD

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2141380 Size: SH
  1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.
  2. Remove the front floor console side trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
  3. Remove the instrument panel extension trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Replacement.
  4. Remove the tape from the data link resistor (1).
  5. Disconnect the data link resistor (1) from the instrument panel harness.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2141380 Size: SH
  1. Connect the data link resistor (1) to the instrument panel harness.
  2. Tape the data link resistor (1) to the instrument panel harness.
  3. Install the instrument panel extension trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Replacement.
  4. Install the front floor console side trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
  5. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.

Data Link Connector Replacement LHD

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2088410 Size: SH
  1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.
  2. Remove the front floor console side trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
  3. Remove the instrument panel extension trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Replacement.
  4. Remove the tape from the data link resistor (1).
  5. Disconnect the data link resistor (1) from the instrument panel harness.

Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the data link resistor (1) to the instrument panel harness.
  2. Tape the data link resistor (1) to the instrument panel harness.
  3. Install the instrument panel extension trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Replacement.
  4. Install the front floor console side trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
  5. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.
