Removal Procedure
  1. Adjust the passenger seat in order to obtain access to the fire extinguisher.

    2. Object Number: 2006404 Size: SH
  2. Raise the fire extinguisher cover (1) to reveal the fire extinguisher (4).
  3. Unclip the fire extinguisher bracket (2) and remove the fire extinguisher (4).
  4. Remove the fire extinguisher bracket to seat adjuster retaining bolts (3).
  5. Remove the fire extinguisher bracket and cover.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2004679 Size: SH
  1. Assembly the fire extinguisher cover and bracket out of the vehicle on a clean suitable work surface. As illustrated.
  2. Install the fire extinguisher assembly to the seat adjuster.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the retaining bolts to 18  N·m (13 lb ft).

  3. Install and secure the fire extinguisher into the fire extinguisher bracket. Listen for an audible click to confirm fitting.
  4. Lower the fire extinguisher cover.
  5. Adjust the passenger seat back to it's original position.
