Rear Object Alarm Replacement SWB

1. Remove the rear window shelf trim panel assembly. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement.




Important: Before removing the rear object alarm (1), make note of its orientation on the rear window shelf.

2. Disconnect the rear object alarm electrical connector (2) from the rear object alarm (1).
3. Remove the rear object alarm retaining clips (3).
4. Remove the rear object alarm (1) from the vehicle.

Important: Orientate the rear object alarm (1) in the same position as it was removed.

1. Install the rear object alarm (1) to the vehicle.
2. Install the rear object alarm retaining clips (3).
3. Install the rear object alarm electrical connector (2) to the rear object alarm (1).
4. Install the rear window shelf trim panel assembly. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement.

Rear Object Alarm Replacement LWB

1. Remove the rear window shelf trim panel assembly. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement.




Important: Before removing the rear object alarm (3) make note of its orientation on the rear window shelf.

2. Disconnect the rear object alarm electrical connector (1) from the rear object alarm (3).
3. Remove the rear object alarm retaining clips (2).
4. Remove the rear object alarm (3) from the vehicle.

Important: Orientate the rear object alarm (3) in the same position as it was removed.

1. Install the rear object alarm (3) to the vehicle.
2. Install the rear object alarm retaining clips (2).
3. Install the rear object alarm electrical connector (1) to the rear object alarm (3).
4. Install the rear window shelf trim panel assembly. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement.
