Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 622761 Size: SH
  1. Remove the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.1L.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  3. Remove the throttle body outlet hose clamp and the hose (4) from the coolant pipe.
  4. Remove the throttle body outlet hose clamp and the hose from the throttle body.
  5. Remove the throttle body outlet hose (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 622761 Size: SH
  1. Install the throttle body outlet hose (4).
  2. Install the throttle body outlet hose and clamp to the throttle body.
  3. Install the throttle body outlet hose (4) and clamp to the coolant pipe.
  4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  5. Install the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.1L.
